Fable is a very attractive, pleasant-natured boy with strong frame and bone, excellent fleece coverage and exquisite, even colour. He has melt-in-your-hands, soft-handling fleece with a very fine crimp and good staple length but only average density. He is the result of a line-bred mating by El Gordo, over one of his granddaughters. ND Fable was shorn at ~ 1 month of age, so has an excelent length of fleece growth. Fable's big, handsome dam, Selkie, is sired by Bumble Hill Shillac, a heavy-cutting light grey or light rose grey, and she produces an astonishing length of fleece. She is solid 'black', but has roaning throughout and is registered as dark grey. Her dam is a light silver grey 1/2 sister to Arcady Voodoo but sired by Hope Downs El Gordo. Fable was weaned in late July. He is offered for sale with registration papers transfer of ownership but no other warranties.
